On April 14th, Cafe Hollander adds four new dishes to the menu and they’re ALL going to be amazing! Here they are;

Bruschetta Flatbread: Flatbread smeared with goat cheese herb blend, topped with bruschetta tomatoes, arugula, and fresh mozzarella. Baked to a crisp and topped with a pesto drizzle.

Tomato Basil Pasta: Whole wheat spaghetti noodles mixed into a wine pesto sauce, filled with braised spinach, zucchini ribbons, red onions, and our classic tomato bruschetta mix. Served with a chili garlic crostini and sprinkled with a parmesan sprinkle and fresh basil.

Salmon Smorrebrod: Toasted sourdough, smeared with our herb and garlic cream cheese blend, topped with smoked salmon, roasted roma tomatoes, basil creme fraiche, paprika dressing, spiced pepitas, and an arugula salad

Uitsmijter Croissant: A toasted croissant filled with scrambled eggs, sliced ham, smoked gouda, sliced tomatoes, and red onions, with a harissa maple glaze and dijon mustard. Served with a side of breakfast potatoes.

Oliebollen: House-made dutch doughnuts dusted with confectioners’ sugar and a hint of cinnamon. Served with house-made hazelnut chocolate sauce
